Addressing a news conference here at Multan Press Club on Wednesday, he claimed that it is the biggest proof of NAB’s connivance with Sharifs that neither their names have put on ECL, nor their accounts are frozen. “Had it been a Sindhi leader, his properties would have been confiscated,” he asserted.

He lashed out at Imran Khan and said that he wants to become Prime Minister overnight. He said that Imran Khan is habitual of solo flight. He claimed that a large number of people would join PPP after senate election and all those who had switched to PTI and PML-N would return.

To a query, he said that there were allegations against Dr Asim and if these allegations were proved, he would not remain on his Higher Education Commission post.

He strongly criticised the PML-N government and said that its anti-farmer policies completely ruined agriculture sector. He said that the farmers are highly worried over poor price of sugarcane but the government did nothing except making claims. He said that seasonal influenza killed more than four dozen people in Multan and surroundings but Qatil-e-Aala did not fell like visiting Multan.
