NOORPUR THAL - A local PML-N lawmaker claimed during an address to the inauguration ceremony of electricity supply to Daduwala village that the government is determined to provide all basic necessities of life to the masses.

MNA Malik Shakir Bashir Awan said that the country has witnessed unprecedented development during the four-and-a-half-year reign of the PML-N government.

He said that the government under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif establish a network of roads, launch metro bus service, orange train and other development projects under the mega project of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. He claimed that power loadshedding would soon be eliminated.

“Today, the economy of Pakistan is much stable as compared to 2013,” he said and added that all credit goes to the effective economic policies of the government that won confidence of the local and foreign investors. He said that the PML-N government has put economy of the country on the right track. “The PTI is hell-bent on derailing democracy and has been creating hurdles in the country’s journey to progress and prosperity,” he flayed.

PML-N MPA Malik Muhammad Waris Kallu also spoke on the occasion. He said that sole purpose of the PML-N politics is to serve masses. “Those obstructing the development projects of public welfare are doing enmity with the people,” he said and added that people are aware of such elements and they wouldn’t let such elements succeed in their evil designs. He said that people would reject the elements impeding the development process through sit-ins in the next general election.

PML-N Punjab (youth wing) vice president Malik Khalid Awan and social workers including Malik Zawar Hussain Khara, Rana Saleem and Malik Allah Yar Khara also addressed the ceremony.

Noorpur Thal Municipal Committee chairman Rao Muhammad Alam, vice chairman Mehr Allah Bakhsh, PML-N district Khushab leaders - Malik Pervaiz, Malik Shakeel, Malik Imran Bashir Awan and Malik Akhtar Hussain Kallu were also present on the occasion.
