PESHAWAR- Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter Thursday announced to support Awami National Party candidate Ghulam Ahmad Bilour on NA-01 Peshawar.

A delegation of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) led by Information Secretary Maulana Shoaib met with Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour at his residence where ANP provincial Information Secretary Malik Ghulam Mustafa was also present on the occasion. The PML-Q delegation assured ANP leadership to support them in on August 22 by-elections.

The delegation appreciated the policy of Awami National Party in the war against terrorism. They said that five-year tenure of Awami National Party was full of sacrifice and struggles against militancy. 

Ghulam Ahmad Bilour thanked the delegation for their support and termed their support a success of the opposition parties. He said that the incumbent government was failed to resolve the existing problems and despite taking votes in the name of change, they could not end hour-long power outage and terrorism.

He said that Awami National Party had great regards for Pakistan Muslim league (PML-Q) and they would work jointly to serve the masses after wining the elections.
