Islamabad:  Mr. Fakhar Hayat, Director General, Federal Judicial Academy said on Monday that a proper training and orientation of new laws was necessary for an efficient  justice delivery, therefore, the need was felt for introducing a practically oriented course designed for Additional District and Sessions Judges.

While inaugurating a one-week course on “New Laws" for Additional District and Sessions Judges here Monday, he also referred to a wide variety of courses, both, pre-service and in-service, for different subjects, time to time being conducted, as per mandate of the Academy.   

“Trainings build capacity and enhance efficiency, what is needed, it is the passion and the interest from the participants to utilize resources during this one week training” he concluded.          

After inauguration, as per lately initiated practice, the introduction of the faculty and officers of the Academy and that also of the course participants took place in the classroom. 

26 Additional District and Sessions Judges from all over Pakistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are undergoing the one week training at the Federal Judicial  Academy.
