Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday said that Ali Baba and 40 thieves were responsible for loadshedding and miseries of the masses.

Talking to reporters at Minar-e-Pakistan after the provincial cabinet meeting, Shahbaz said that convicted prime minister had ensured him that there would be an equal loadshedding in the country but Punjab was being treated as step mother.

He said that he had no trust on the rulers, adding that he was standing along with the masses to protest against the convicted prime minister.

Meanwhile, the Punjab Cabinet to meet tomorrow at the protest camp set up at Iqbal Park. According to the sources, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has summoned the meeting at a tent camp hat has been set up near Minar-e-Pakistan in Iqbal Park. The matters including upcoming Punjab Budget 2012-13, protest campaign against energy crisis would be discussed and future strategy in this regard would be devises during the meeting.

The cabinet members including the chief minister will tie black ribbons on their arms to symbolically protest against the federal government.
