Three persons were electrocuted in Chak Lasooriwala near Sindhillianwali Sunday night.

As Talib Hussain was cutting fodder with an electric cutting machine, his hand touched a naked wire. As a result, he died instantly. Naveed Hussain, 15, was electrocuted in a wedding ceremony in Dastagir Colony during rain when his foot touched an electric wire and he died on the spot.

In Pirmahal’s C Plot locality, Shafiq died instantly when he received electric shock while switching on a bulb in his courtyard.

ACCIDENT: A man died while his wife and a daughter were injured when their pick-up collided with a bus on Gojra-Faisalabad Road Sunday night. Gojra Saddar police said deceased Zaman Naseer of Lodhran was on way to Lodhran from Faisalabad after purchasing a cow. Near Choudhry Sugar Mills, the accident took place as a result he and his cow loaded in the pick up died while his wife and minor daughter were critically wounded and admitted to Gojra THQ Hospital.

Due to heavy rain, a pick up loaded with poultry birds turned turtle near Arrouti on Faisalabad-Multan Road. As a result driver Abdul Qadir was seriously wounded while hundreds of poultry birds died. The driver was admitted to Arouti Rural Health Centre.

Meanwhile, two of a family died while five others suffered multiple injuries when the roof of their house collapsed in village Dhaboola.

The family members of Ashraf were sitting in their mud house when the roof of their house collapsed. As a result, Safreen Bibi, wife of Ashraf, Humera, his daughter and a five-year-old child died on the spot. However, Faizan, 7, Eman, 4, and Riffat, his sister-in-law, received multiple injuries. The injured have been shifted to THQ Hospital where their condition is stated to be stable.
