ISLAMABAD- Prime Minister’s advisor Sartaj Aziz today said that Pakistan desired meaningful dialogue with India for resolution of all outstanding issues.

Aziz said the obligation of resuming dialogue lies with India. He said that India suspended dialogue because of the High Commissioner’s meeting with Kashmir leaders in New Delhi.

Kashmir issue can’t be ignored during talks, he said. US President Barack Obama tried to persuade New Delhi to resume dialogue with Islamabad, he claimed. Pakistan is working with other countries to pressure India for talks, he added.

He said the propaganda regarding the Line of Control shows Indian obstinacy to resume dialogue.
