Lahore- Punjab government has decided to deport, at least 455 illegally residing foreign students in the province.

According to reports, the visas of these students belonging to Holland, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan have expired, whereas they are suspected to be involved in facilitating the terrorists to conduct terrorism activities in the country.

Home Minister Punjab Colonel Shuja Khanzada in a TV interview said that these foreign students, taking education from colleges, universities and madrassas, are allegedly involved in assisting terror activities.

Moreover, he further said that the intelligence agencies and armed forces are coordinating with each other to eliminate all the militant elements from the country, whereas the government has started getting the desired results.
