Wah Cantt - Criminals rule the roost in twin cities of Taxila and Wah as armed robbers shot and injured three persons in two different incidents.

Virtually, the historic city has become a safe haven for the gangsters and robbers, who are striking brazenly and with impunity in every nook and corner of the town. Armed robberies have become order of the day which is evident from the fact that dacoits strike daily in various parts of the city in which they deprive the masses of cash and other valuables worth millions of rupees while police seems in deep slumber.

The social and public circles of the area are concerned over the prevailing insecurity due to house robberies and other criminal incidents.
