ISLAMABAD - Co-Chairman of Pakistan People Party and President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has summoned the partys Central Executive Committee meeting on Monday afternoon. Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar informed that all the CEC members were asked to ensure their presence in the meeting. The meeting would be chaired by President Zardari. Prime Minister Gilani would also attend the meeting. It is pertinent to mention here that this is the first meeting of PPP CEC following the commencement of the advisory process for the reforms in Constitution. According to sources matters related to abolishing 17th Amendment, over all political situation, cabinet reshuffle and restructuring of several party offices would be discussed in the meeting.
