NEW DELHI (APP) - A special court hearing Ajmal Kasab in Mumbai jail permitted the prosecution to send confessional statement of Ajmal Kasab and other related documents to Pakistan through diplomatic channel. Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam informed the court that some persons related to Mumbai attacks have been arrested and Pakistan Govt wants evidence for their trial in the court of law in Pakistan. Judge M L Tahaliyani of the court allowed the prosecution to make copies of Kasabs confessional statement, record of recovery of satellite phones, communication reports of telephonic talks and other related documents for sending to Pakistan. Meanwhile, the prosecution submitted the court to issue non-bailable warrants against 35 persons in connection with case. The court said it would pass an order on the prosecutions plea before framing charges against the accused.
