RAWALPINDI-Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench on Monday directed the Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and City Police Officer (CPO) to submit a report regarding the extradition of Yasir Razzak an accused in the murder case of two sisters in Murree till May 20. Yasir had left the country after killing the girls in 2004. Justice Tariq Shamim directed the officers to submit a report after transferring Yasir Razzak to Pakistan within 15 days and in case of their failure to do so all respondents including secretaries of interior and foreign affairs ministries will have to appear in the court on the next date of hearing. Talking to TheNation, Advocate Sardar Abdul Razik representing the petitioner Khaqan Abbasi father of the two deceased girls told that the court took exception to the delay in bringing the accused.
