Rawalpindi - In a special crackdown, the police Saturday arrested 18 outlaws and recovered drugs, weapons and a dagger from their possession.

According to police spokesman, Waris Khan police arrested Saeed and recovered 1220 grams charas from his possession while Westridge police held Ayaz and recovered 520 grams charas from his custody. Civil Line police nabbed Barkat Ali and recovered 300 grams charas from his possession. Taxila police arrested Dilwar and recovered 1100 grams charas from his possession. The same police recovered 1030 grams charas from Saifullah. Kalar Syedan police arrested Khateeb-ur Rehman and recovered 350 grams charas from his possession.

Gujar Khan police arrested Iftikhar Zafar and recovered a pistol 30-bore along with five rounds from his possession.

Mandra police arrested Tauqeer and recovered a 30-bore pistol along with 5 rounds from him. Sadiqabad police arrested Raja Waqar Ahmed and recovered a 30-bore pistol from his possession. Kahuta police arrested Rashid and recovered a 30-bore pistol along with three rounds from his possession.

Kotli Sattain police held Bukhtair Haider and recovered a 30-bore pistol along with 2 rounds from his custody. Kahuta police arrested Latif Wahab and recovered a 30-bore pistol along with 20 rounds from his possession. Kalar Syedan police arrested Badar Khan and recovered a 30-bore pistol along with 2 rounds from his possession.

Jatli police arrested Liaquat Ali and recovered 12-bore repeater from his possession. Sadiqabad police arrested Suhail and recovered a dagger from his pocket. The police have registered separate cases against the accused and started investigation.
