PESHAWAR - Police have killed three militants in the area of Mohaban mountains, Buner, during an action, officials disclosed on Wednesday. As per details, heavy contingents of police, following the directive of Deputy Inspector General Police Malakand Division Muhammad Idrees, launched action against militants assembling in Mohaban mountains after slipping from Swat and Shangla regions. As per the officials, three militants were killed during the action in Amazai and Khadukhel areas of Mohaban mountains. They also said that the killed militants belonged to Swat and Swabi and were involved in attacks against police officials at Saidu Sharif and other places. Meanwhile, the local residents of Gangalai, a village in Khadukhel area, apprehended a militant and handed him over to police officials.
