RAWALPINDI A 15-year-old girl lost her life when an armed clash occurred between two parties over old enmity here at Emergency Department of Holy Family Hospital (HFH) on Monday. Police managed to apprehend five persons whereas the rest of them fled the crime scene, informed police sources. According to police, a brawl occurred between Raja Masroor and Raja Qasim over old enmity in the jurisdiction of PS Mandra during which both the parties started indiscriminate firing at each other. During this armed clash, a man Rana Aqeel and a lady Uzma Baber got injured critically. Police officials concerned along with victim party brought the injured persons to HFH. However, after sometime the other party came inside HFH and, once again, started firing. A stray bullet hit a 15-year-old girl namely Fatima Amin at her head. The injured girl was immediately provided medical treatment by the doctors, but she succumbed to her injuries. According to hospital sources, Fatima Amin, daughter of Kamran Amin, a resident of Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, had taken her mother to HFH for checkup but fell prey to a bullet. On the other hand, PS New Town officials registered a case against the killers under sections 302, 324 and 7 ATA and arrested five persons in this regard.
