Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan has revealed his assets and said that all his assets were under his name and were in Pakistan. Imran Khan said that if anyone can prove that he has lied, cheated or he has any other assets than he will resign from politics. It was also a brave move by Imran that he announced that he earned 20 million rupees this year through the Cricket World Cup but it was not taxable according to a law that was drafted by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif in 1992 which stated that all money coming from abroad would be tax-free . In reply Opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that PTI should stop doing media trials and that to check the assets of politicians, the Supreme Court should form a committee. One wonders why the PML-N is not moving a bill in the parliament which should be that all the assets of the politicians should be scrutinised?
