QUETTA : Four people, including a policeman, were wounded in a landmine blast and firing incident in Kohlu and Quetta on Wednesday.According to sources, two people identified as Muhammad Iqbal and Abdul Khaliq sustained serious injuries when their vehicle rolled on a landmine in Kohlu. They were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.

Their condition is said to be serious.

In the second incident, two people, including a policeman received injuries in firing incident in Quetta.

Policeman Naseer Ahmed and Muhammad Zareef were on their way on Sariab Road when unidentified armed men opened firing on them.

Resultantly, both sustained injuries and were shifted to hospital. The attackers fled from the scene after committing the crime.

Police have registered a case and started further investigations into the incident.
