KARACHI - Sindh government to make new law of removal of government employees from the services as such law of 2010 has been repealed due to expiry of its tenure. This was decided in a meeting chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah on Wednesday regarding issues pertaining to removal of any government employees from Services, (Special Powers) ordinance, 2000 (Repeal) Act, 2010, held at the Chief Minister House.   The meeting was attended among others by Senior Minister Education Pir Mazharul Haq, Sindh Law Minister Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Enam Memon, Chief Secretary Sindh Raja Muhammad Abbas, Advocate General Sindh Abdul Fatah Malik, Secretary Services Iqbal Durrani, Secretary Law Syed Ghulam Nabi Shah, Principal Secretary to CM Muhammad Siddique Memon, Secretary I&C and others. The CM said that they were struggling to fulfill the commitments with the deprived people of the country. Qaim directed to suggest procedures in alternate law after necessary amendments, and stressed that necessary Act of 2010 be repealed. It was decided that the proposed enactment be finalized as early as possible.
