NOWSHERA VIRKAN- Prolonged electricity loadshedding has made the people’s life miserable, said a Jamaat-e-Islami leader hailing from here.

Mushtaq Ahmed criticised the rulers and termed the crisis a government’s failure. They have failed to create consensus on the construction of Kalabagh Dam that is necessary to fulfill the country’s needs, he said.

“Electricity is one of the basic sources for development of a nation, but our rulers are unable to provide the facility,” he added. Pakistan is enriched with natural resources like coal, minerals, gas, four weathers and many more but the selfish rulers are unable to tap the resources.

He further said that the nation had fed up with the corrupt and selfish rulers. “They are ruling for their own interest and not for the betterment of the people. It is time to decide the future of new generation as at the movement we have nothing to give them,” he said. He noted that political instability, economic crisis, poverty and unemployment were because of incapable rulers.
