Former Federal Petroleum Minister and Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Dr Asim Hussain says he is being victimised, Waqt News reported. “If I die, the system is to blame” he said.

According to media sources the remand of Dr Asim has been extended for five days.

While addressing the court former Oil and Gas Minister claimed he is not medically fit but Rangers have declared him fit forcibly,” he told the court. Dr Asim refused all the allegations against him.

“I cannot remain silent now, my life is in danger and I have been arrested while real culprits are roaming free,” he said. “NAB has completed their investigation. I believe in Allah and I will get justice,” he added.
