LAHORE - The East Zone Cricket Championship has been postponed due to bad weather (fog) for three weeks. It was decided in the East Zone Cricket Tournament Committee which was held under the Chairman Committee Waqar-ul-Munir at Chairman house. It was also decided that those clubs who did not submit the entry fees could pay it till Jan 10. The unregistered players will not participate in the championship. The final draws will be announced in the next meeting which will be held on Jan 16. In the meeting, all members congratulated to President East Zone Cricket Association Kamal Ali Shah for performing Hajj. Those who attended the meeting were Habib-ul-Hassan Shah (Secretary East Zone), Javaid Amin (Finance Secretary East Zone), Malik M Riaz, Abdul Rauf, Mehboob Alam, M Khursheed, Ghulam Abbas and Ijaz Shah.
