LAHORE Editor-in-Chief TheNation and Chairman Nazaria Pakistan Trust Majid Nizami has said that education is the most important field and no nation can achieve development without it but unfortunately the govt allocated least funds for education. He said the poor were dying due to hunger. I want to see this country as dreamed by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Muhammad Iqbal where no one die because of hunger. Addressing the 28th Ideological Training Workshop for teachers at Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan on Thursday, he reiterated that teachers should train the youth to confront Indian conspiracies in future. He said India was behind the insurgencies in Fata and Balochistan. The Indian terrorists from Afghan border were entering in our areas, he added. He said Balochistan was the next target of India after the former East Pakistan separation. Indian consulates in Afghanistan were providing weapons and money to Baloch separatists, he added. Nizami said the people from Fata had repeatedly demanded of the government to stop the US drone attacks in their areas but our rulers are American agents and have no courage to face the US, he added. Now the government has no right to make decision for nations destiny after losing majority in the parliament. The government has no right to rule now as per democratic principles, he added. India was building dams on our rivers but the rulers were keeping a mum over it, he said and prayed that Allah Almighty bestowed brave leaders to the country. Pakistan is the gift of Allah, had this not gifted we would have the same destiny as the Indian Muslims. NPT chairman informed the teachers about the miserable conditions of the Muslims before the independence. He told them about the activities of the trust and thanked the Punjab Chief Minster Shahbaz Sharif for accepting the demands of the NPT for ideological training of the teachers. Earlier, Vice-chairman NPT Prof Dr Rafique Ahmad also addressed the teachers and informed them about the countrys past and present situation. A multimedia presentation about Pakistan Movement was also arranged for them.
