LAHORE The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) has expressed serious concern over the recovery of two bodies of the missing persons from Turbat and demanded of the government that both cases should be investigated and brought to justice and that Commission activist, Siddique Eido, abducted by the state agents from Pasni on December 21, must also set free. The bodies are of Qambar Chakar and Ilyas Nazar, reportedly abducted by state agents on November 25 from Turbat and December 21 from Pasni, respectively. Chairperson of the Commissionm Dr Mahdi Hasan said the recovery of the bodies was devastating not only for the families of the victims, but had also increased distress of families of other missing persons who had pinned their hopes on courts for the safe recovery of their loved ones.
