6.3 magnitude Earth-quick jolts Pakistani capital Islamabad, and Lahore, Peshwar at first day of Eid-ul-Azha, a private TV reported on Monday. According to the report, an earthquake measuring above 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab including Pakistan Capital Islamabad, Tribal agencies, Hazara division, Malakand Division and Diyamer, Gadhar. Mardan, Chitral, lower Dir, Sawat, Mardan, Deyamir, Haripur, Mancehra, Rawalpindi, Haripur, Abbottabad and Tarbela were also affected by earth-quick. According to Arif Mehmood, Director General Met Office On Monday, a 6.3-magnitude of earthquake jolted Pakistani capital Islamabad and parts of the countrys northwest and south, with the epicenter in the mountainous region of Hindu Kush. However, no loss of life or property had been reported yet.
