NOOR PUR THAL - An anti-dengue seminar was held at Govt Degree College where Principal Malik HabibUllah Saggu urged the audience to create awareness among the people against the dengue menace. Professors Malik Nawab Din Kilyra, Hafiz Maqbool Hussain, Sheikh Abdul Latif, Zainul Abidin, Malik M Ramzan and Malik Nawab Din Saggu addressed the participants. They highlighted that dengue control was the collective responsibility over health officials and the public.  They emphasized that each and every one of the nation should play their role to fight dengue. They hoped that due to preventive measures and year long planning by the Punjab govt the intensity of dengue would be contained. Woman dies in road mishap: A woman who was identified as Razia Bibi, a resident of Jasoki was killed in a road mishap here the other day. As per detail, she was standing near Chowk Ellah Abad when a rashly driven van ran over her. Resultantly, she suffered severe injuries was rushed to nearby hospital where doctor pronounced her dead. After legal formalities the body was handed over to the family.
