PESHAWAR  - A delegation of Korean Importers Association, headed by Korea Importers Association Director Herbert Lee, had a meeting with Board of Investment & Trade (KPK BoIT) Vice Chairman Mohsin Aziz on Saturday.

During the meeting, both the parties discussed matters of mutual interests including investment in hydropower generation and other investment opportunities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with a purpose to attract investment and revive the industrial sector which has been badly affected due to energy crises and poor law and order situation during the last seven years.

The meeting was attended by Afan Aziz, Honarary Consul General of Korea, the directors of power and energy (KPK BoIT) Dr Asif Qayum Qureshi and (KPK BoIT) Energy Sector chairman.

Herbet Lee took keen interest in the agenda of meeting and vowed to work together with KPK BoIT and honorary consulate in Peshawar to bring investment to the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and further strengthen cordial relations between the governments of Pakistan and Republic of Korea.
