Islamabad police Saturday foiled terrorism attempt in the Federal Capital after seizing huge cache of weapons from a car. According to officials, police team stopped a suspected car at Chhata Bakhtawar, jurisdiction of Shahzad town police station following which its driver tried to escape from the scene. Upon search of the car, police recovered huge quantity of weapons including a rocket, suicide jackets, hand grenades, machine guns and many other weapons. Police arrested both suspects onboard of car and shifted them to unclosed location for investigation. Inspector General Islamabad police, Binyamin told the media a police raid on a house in Chhata Bukhtawar on information provided by arrested man identified as Mohsin and seized four suicide vests, 107 shells, 14 rockets, 19o toxic injection and other heavy ammunition.
