Islamabad - Less than 30 percent B.Com students from both parts managed to pass the exams conducted by Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU).

The university announced results of B.Com part-I and part-II, annual examination 2015, yesterday. According to the university, 1,451 students appeared in B.Com and 388 of them remained successful. The results put the overall pass percentage for B.Com part-I at 25% whereas 27.75% for B.Com part-II.

Adnan Zaheer of IMPGCC, H-8/4 secured the top position with 1,149 marks (76.6%), Muhammad Mahmood Ali Khan of IMPGCC, H-8/4, with 1103 marks (73.5%) secured the second while Maria Iqbal of IMPCCG, F-10/3, with 1,091 marks (72.733%) bagged the third position for B.Com part-II annual examination 2015. Dr Javed Ashraf, Vice-Chancellor of Quaid-Azam University, and Sardar Muhammad Baber Khan, controller examinations QAU, announced the results. Deans of different departments of QAU and principals of Islamabad colleges were also present on the occasion.
