LAHORE - The restructuring of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is in final phase and the restructuring committee will submit its report on September 30.

The committee comprises Najam Sethi, head of committee, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Subhan Ahmad and CFO Badar. The committee will recommend right person for the right job formula in the PCB. After the committee's report, the future of several contract employees in the board will be in danger. There are hundreds of contract employees in PCB whose contract is extend every month and delay in extension create panic among them.

The sources say that several proposals are under consideration including sacking, change of department and extension in contract. Restructuring of the board can create new jobs as well. The PCB has hired three HR companies and every company has given some proposals.
