The son and nephew of PML-N MPA Qaiser Sandhu roughed up three policemen when they forbade them not to overcrowd the court of District and Sessions judge here on Tuesday.

According to details, Abdullah, son of PML-N MPA Qaiser Sandhu along with his cousin Salman were in the court for hearing of a case with District and Sessions Judge Umer Sharif. In the meantime policemen deployed on the premises including Khuram, Javed and Faisal stopped them from overcrowding the court at which the son and nephew of the MPA flared up and thrashed the cops along with their accomplices.

However, MPA Qaiser Sandhu had a different story to tell as he claimed that his son and nephew were standing out of the court when the policemen started hitting them.

On the other hand, the policemen said that when they stopped Salman and Abdullah from overcrowding the court the latter started abusing them and then with the help of their accomplices beat the up.

Taking the notice of the incident, the District and Sessions Judge summoned both the parties.

Meanwhile Online adds: Prior to the incident, both the accused opened fire in Commerce College situated in the remit of People’s Colony Police and a case of the incident was registered against them. However having political influence, the SHO was transferred for registration of the case against the nephews of the MPA.
