LAHORE – Rabia Rehman’s team won the 4*100 relay race of the Queen Marry College 106th annual sports day held here on Monday. Punjab Governor’s wife Perveen Sarwar and college principal Professor Dr Irfana Maryam graced the occasion as chief guests while Mrs Ghazala Saad Rafique, Mrs Mohsin Rafique, Ms Mehwish Sultan, Ms Ashfaq Bukhari and Mrs Syed Irtaza Naqvi were also present there. The school and college students started the sports day with March Past while the events which amused the spectators were P.T, gymnastic and karate shows. The students also partook in one-leg race, three-leg race, college relay race, animal race, balloon race and musical chair competition. At the end, Prof Dr Irfana Maryam along with the chief guest gave away trophies, medals and prizes to the winners.
