islamabad -  Islamabad police have arrested 12 outlaws, including three thieves, from various areas of the city and recovered 550 grams hashish, three 30-bore pistols, stolen goods and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman said on Monday.

According to details, Industrial Area police arrested three accused Abid Ali s/o Faryad Ali, Abdul Gahfoor s/o Maqbool and Abid Hussain s/o Ashiq Hussain for their alleged involvement in theft cases and recovered stolen goods and looted items from their possession. Further investigation is under way. Police team during patrolling also arrested one Asfandyar and recovered one 30-bore pistol along with ammunition from him.

The CIA police during patrolling arrested two accused Rahat Sher and Masood and recovered 550 grams hashish and one 30-bore pistol along with ammunition from their possession.

Shalimar police recovered a stolen cellphone from an accused Hafeez while Tarnol police arrested Shahid Imran for having a 30-bore pistol and ammunition. Lohibher police apprehended four people involved in immoral activities. Furthermore, police arrested five professional beggars. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is under way. Police teams also arrested 11 suspects during search operations.
