FAISALABAD- Amid protest calls and mourning, funeral prayers were offered for Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) activist, Haq Nawaz in Faisalabad today.

Nawaz, 22, died of bullet injuries sustained during a clash with police and Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) supporters a day before. Large number of PTI supporters attended the funeral prayers and vowed to continue their struggle for the cause for which Haq Nawaz laid down his life.

After the unfortunate death of the 22-year-old PTI activist, the party had called for protests and announced a day of mourning across the country.
