OSLO- Nobel Prize winner Malala Yousafzai today has said that Islam is a religion which teaches peace. Pakistan is still her home she stated.

She expressed these views in a ceremony which was arranged in honor of Nobel Prize winners, in Norway’s capital Oslo. Malala expressed a resolve to continue struggle for the rights of children. She further said that children all over the world should stand up for their rights. She said that every child has a right to get educated. Malala believes very child must have a pen and book in his hand.

Yousafzai said that only education could bring a real and positive change in the country. Moreover, the ceremony was attended by other Nobel Prize winners including Kailash Satyani, Patrick Modiano, Shuji Nakamura. Satyani said that Yousafzai is like his daughter and that this world is to be made a peaceful place for the children.

He said that there is a difference between poverty and child labor. It is every child’s right to go to school and get educated.
