KARACHI-  Law enforcing agencies have suggested to the Sindh government to announce a public holiday on the day of PTI’s planned shutdown in Karachi on Dec. 12.

According to media reports, the Sindh government is mulling over the suggestion to announce a public holiday on Friday this week.

The proposal for announcing a holiday has been given to avoid any untoward incident on the day of PTI’s planned shutdown in volatile Karachi. Yesterday, PTI’s protests in Faisalabad turned violent as PTI and PML-N workers clashed across the city resulting in the death of at least one PTI worker.
