ISLAMABAD - A better future accounts for the best possible opportunities for the future bearers, the students.

In present time when one of the major crises of the world is job inflation, Bahria University Islamabad has opened the door to opportunities for its students on Tuesday by arranging “Career Expo 2013”.

Rector Bahria University Vice Admiral (R) Shahid Iqbal HI (M) inaugurated the event. The other senior management of university, Alumni and potential employers were also present at the occasion. The event was arranged with an objective to ease the students to get the better job/ internship in the market, in addition to it the objective was also to bridge the gap between industry and academia

The event went for whole day.  Around 57 leading companies of telecom, FMCG, services, manufacturing, NGOs and banking sectors participated in the Career Expo 2013. Moreover, the employers conducted on spot interviews and short listed the candidates as per their requirements.

The companies namely SHED Pakistan, UNIDO, Telenor, ENI Pakistan Ltd, MAKKAYS, Hashoo Foundation, TiE Islamabad, Ali Akbar Group, Zong, Channel 7, Maroof Intl Hospital, Bank Al Habib, PTCL, Zigron, IBM Italia S.P.A, Nestle Pakistan, Allied Bank Limited, LMKR, Wi-Tribe, Bank Al-Habib, Ganzee Solutions, Launchpad, Ovex Technologies, Roots, Mobizone, , SNL Solutions  and Elixir etc participated in the event.

A large number of current and alumni students of Bahria University participated in this Career Expo 2013.
