LINDSAY Lohan is being sued by a tanning company who claim she owes them over $40,000. Tanning Vegas - run by entrepreneur Lorit Simon - allege they had the actress as a client from 2007 to 2009 and she has an outstanding bill of $41,031 which she hasnt paid. In addition to the unpaid debt, Lorit is also demanding the payment of her legal fees and interest incurred on the amount. Meanwhile, troubled Lindsay - who only left a three month court-ordered rehabilitation stay a month ago - could get up to three-and-a-half years in jail for violating the terms of her probation in relation to the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace. Attorney Susan Filan believes the 24-year-old actress - who claims she simply borrowed the jewellery - will face charges of grand theft larceny, but will not head to jail straight away. Lindsay will probably be arraigned and booked for two charges: violation of probation, for which she faces six months, and grand theft larceny, for which she faces up to three years in state prison. Together, she could face up to three-and-a-half years, she said. ABC News
