KARACHI - Three including two activists of Sunni Tehreek (ST) were killed in separate incidents of target killing in different parts of the metropolis here on Monday. According to details, an activist of ST was gunned down while other got injured in Wahid Colony within the limits of North Nazimabad Police Station. The incident took place when Shahid Qadri, 38, son of Siddique Qadri, resident of the same area, was sitting with his friend Mukhtiar Khan son of Anzar Khan and an armed man reached and opened indiscriminate firing on them. Resultantly both received bullet injuries. Police shifted the injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medical treatment where during treatment Shahid succumbed to his injuries. SP Chaudhry Asad Ali said according to the initial investigation, Mukhtiar Khan had some dispute on plot with his uncle namely Zahid and eyewitnesses said that Zahid opened fire on them and managed to flee.
