Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that his government has taken notice of inflation and taking steps to ensure providing daily use items to general public on cheaper rates during the holy month of Ramadan. Talking to a group of federal ministers and the members of the parliament in Islamabad the prime minister said that the democratic government trying its utmost to meet all challenges including power shortfall. The parliamentarians informed the prime minister about ongoing development projects in their constitencies. Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Sardar Asif Ahmed Ali also called on Prime Minister Gilani and briefed him about various key national projects.
