ISLAMABAD (Online) - President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday postponed his scheduled visit to Karachi to attend a special meeting of Sindh Cabinet scheduled to be held today (Tuesday). It is said that the president cancelled the visit due to some official engagements. But according to a private TV channel, President Zardari has summoned the members of Sindh Cabinet to Islamabad for an emergency meeting. Sources in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) said the MQM ministers were not invited to the meeting in Islamabad. President Zardari was scheduled to meet Sindh ministers in Karachi to discuss development projects in province, NFC Award, Value Added Tax and tensions within the Sindh coalition.
