Chief of his own faction of Pakistan Muslim League, Nawaz Sharif Saturday polled his vote saying that he was optimistic about his party victory.

Former prime minister arrived at Government Technical College at Railways Road here under tight security where he polled his vote.

After casting vote, Nawaz told the media his wishes were for Pakistan praying that any party come into power should work for betterment of the country.

Optimistic PML-N chief said that he was confident that masses has voted for his party added that ‘good-news’ would be started coming till night.

He said PLM-N was single party which worked for progress of the country in the past and vowed to work harder if elected to power.

To a query which candidate he has voted for, smiling Nawaz said he stamped on “Lion”, election mark of PML-N.
