LAHORE - The PML (Like-minded) decided here on Sunday to complete the partys organisational structure at the district level in Punjab by the end of the current month. A meeting held under the chairmanship of Secretary General Humayun Akhtar Khan also worked out a strategy for the meeting to be held with Pir Pagara. Provincial president Mian Ata Muhammad Maneka and Secretary General Qalandar Shah also participated. Humayun while addressing the meeting said unity of the PML factions was necessary to keep the anti-state elements out of power. He hoped that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif would rise above political interests and join the united PML. He said his faction did not need elements like Pervez Musharraf. Maneka said Sharif will have to be taken along for the unity of the PML. He hoped that when Pir Pagara came to Lahore, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif would meet him.
