LAHORE - President National Labour Federation Pakistan (NLFP) Rafiq Ahmed on Sunday alleged that the owners of a cement factory with the connivance of police had implicated innocent labourers in terrorism case as they (labourers) had formed a union to protect their rights. Addressing a press conference at Lahore Press Club, Rafiq Ahmed said the owners sacked the labourers from their job in 2008. He said the labourers including president NLFP Punjab Abdul Wahab Khan Niazi were restored by Punjab Special Tribunal in 2009 with their old salaries but not restored by the factory owners yet. He demanded immediate restoration of the labourers.
