LAHORE - The Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) is providing rescue and relief facilities to the flood affectees in various districts across the country. The Punjab Emergency Service rescued 375 people and provided first aid to the affected people in Qasba Baseera, Rung Pur & Mundka in Muzaffargarh. Due to the lack of road communication between Ghazi Ghat, Chowk Qureshi, District Muzaffar-garh, and DG Khan, the Rescue 1122 teams of District DG Khan shifted 300 people to safe areas and also distributed food to the affected people in collaboration with local administration. Relief operations including distribution of food, provision of first aid along with establishment of tent village are continued in Kot Mithan, Rojhan, Murgai, Kotla Naseer and Jam Pur in Rajanpur. Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) is prepared to help people in any emergency situation but it is also important that community pay attention to emergency warning messages and cooperate with the local administration
