Rawalpindi- A trial court on Tuesday ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to submit a complete chellan on June 25 against military dictator and former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf accused in the PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case.

The court also summoned City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi to appear before the court on the next date of hearing in response to a petition filed by FIA Special Public Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar seeking security on appearance in the court. Chaudhry Azhar has been contesting the BB murder case after brutal murder of Chaudhry Zulfiqar Ali, the Special Public Prosecutor of FIA.

Chaudhry Azhar did not appear before the court owing to security threat.

On Tuesday, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Number 1 Special Judge Chaudhry Habib-ur-Rehman resumed the proceeding in the BB assassination case here during which former City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Saud Aziz and former SP Rawal Town Khurram Shehzad, the two accused in the high profile case and are on bails, also present in the courtroom.
