LAHORE - President Pakistan Medical Association Dr Ashraf Nizami and others have condemned the decisions of adhoc appointments of assistant professors, senior registrars, and medical officers at Children Hospital. They jointly stated here Tuesday that adhoc appointments were in sheer violation of the Punjab CM decision to regularise postgraduate medical officers working in the Health department. They further said the decision of adhoc appointments would badly affect regularisation of almost 1500 doctors that would lead to unrest and ultimately agitation.
