LAHORE (PR) - The legendary St Patricks High School Karachi organised a colourful inaugural ceremony to herald the yearlong celebration in connection with the 150 years of the school, which culminates next year on May 6, 2011. More than 1500 people attended the event, which was followed by a fabulous display of fireworks and sumptuous dinner. The school premises were decorated with fairy-lights and all its majestic buildings gave a fairy-tale look which brought back memories for the many alumni who attended the function. The old boys met with their revered teachers, exchanged and rekindled old friendships and joined the management and students of the school in ushering a full years celebration. Earlier, the chief guest Reverend Evarist Pinto, Archbishop of Karachi was given guard of honour by the Boys Scouts Troupe and the schools famous Brass Band.
