LAHORE - A delegation of custodians of various shrines in Punjab, who called on Punjab Governor Salman Taseer at Governors House on Thursday, expressed reservations over security arrangements made at the shrines. Dr Side Midi Raza Shah Mazari, the custodian of Dorgan Hazard Calendar All Shahbaz Shawn Sharif led the delegation of custodians who requested the governor that a foolproof security system must be put in place at the shrines in consultation with them. They also gave some proposals to prevent terrorist attacks at the holy places. The governor assured the delegation that government would review its security measures and try to improve their standard. Taseer noted with great concern that terrorists were targeting mausoleums of saints people visited to get mental and spiritual satisfaction. These saints, he added, gave lesson of love and peace in their life time.
