Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani, Friday said that only Pakistan has the right to launch an offensive against the terrorists, adding "we are capable of taking an effective action within the boundaries of our country". "We will decide on taking action if anyone shares actionable intelligence with us," the Prime Minister said while talking to media here. He said Pakistan enjoys amicable relations with all the countries and "we will be able to bring the UK and US round to the fact that we are fully capable of tackling the scourge of terrorism ourselves".
