PAKISTAN High Commissioner Shahid Malik on Wednesday met Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and discussed issues related to the Mumbai attacks and aspects pertaining to bilateral relations, reported PTI. It was a 'courtesy call by Malik on Rao to congratulate her on the assumption of charge as Foreign Secretary, sources told PTI. Issues of mutual interest and concern were discussed during the 30-minute meeting, they said. Meanwhile, India on Wednesday again demanded 'severe action against Hafiz Saeed. We have noticed that Interpol warrant is out for more people.... We certainly have welcomed the prosecution of some named individuals from the Lashkar-i-Tayiba but we dont believe thats enough, Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor told mediapersons in New Delhi. Identifying Saeed as the 'mastermind of the 26/11 attacks, the minister said Saeed is the founder of both the LeT and Jamaatud Dawa outfits.
